Dressed as Lord Shiva, Birinchi Bora appealed to the general public to come out to protest in opposition to the Narendra Modi government to cast off rising charges.
A guy was arrested in Assam these days after he become accused of wounding spiritual sentiments in the course of a street play wherein he’s dressed as Lord Shiva.
Birinchi Bora dressed up as Lord Shiva the day past whilst appearing a skit with a lady co-actor (who dressed up as Parvati) to protest against charge upward thrust beneath the Narendra Modi authorities. The films in their act were widely shared on social media.
Their act became, but, criticised by using Hindu businesses like Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal, who held protests towards their act and later filed a grievance accusing the actor of wounding religious sentiments and misusing religion for political purposes.
Following the complaint, Birinchi Bora changed into detained and brought to Nagaon Sadar Police Station.
In the road play, Birinchi Bora and his co-actor Parishimita, visible dressed as Shiva and Parvati, have been using a -wheeler on a street. At the unique spot for the street play, the vehicle stops reputedly because it ran out of fuel. What follows become a controversy between Shiva and Parvati over the issue, wherein ‘Shiva’ starts to assault the Modi authorities over rising gasoline costs and different problems.
He appealed to the general public to pop out to protest towards the Narendra Modi authorities to get rid of rising expenses.
