INA reported on Friday that the member of the Management Board, Berislav Gašo, has submitted his resignation, which will take effect no later than the end of February 2023.

“Berislav Gašo submitted his resignation as a member of the Management Board of INA, which will take effect on the day of the appointment of a new member of the Management Board or on February 28, 2023 at the latest,” according to a short notice published by the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

Gašo was appointed a member of the INA Management Board at the meeting of the Supervisory Board of that company at the end of September this year.

At that time, namely, the Supervisory Board took note of the resignations of the previous MOL members of the Management Board, and at the proposal of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, recalled the remaining members of the Management Board, related to the Škugor affair.

He then appointed a new board and appointed Péter Ratatics as the new president, and Berislav Gaša and Krisztián Pulay as members of the board at the proposal of MOL with a mandate until June 30, 2023, as well as Miroslav Skalicki, Hrvoj Šimović and Marin Zovka on proposal of the Croatian government, for a maximum of six months, until the appointment of the members of the Management Board through a public tender.

Berislav Gašo joined the Management Board of INA from the position of Executive Vice President of Research and Production and member of the Executive Board of MOL Group. He joined INA in 2010 as director of corporate services, and in 2012 he moved to MOL Group.
