The incident came about around 10:30 pm close to a petrol pump at Domail Chowk inside the Udhampur district. Other vehicles parked nearby have been also damaged inside the blast. The injured have been shifted to Udhampur District Hospital. Police and protection employees rushed to the spot quickly after the incident. The investigation is underway.
