From the beginning of October to December 10, 1,433 people were hospitalized with influenza in Israel. Over the past week, 289 people have been hospitalized with the flu virus.
Of all HMO clients, 16.6% were vaccinated against the influenza virus. At the same time, 56.1% of HMO clients over 65 received the flu vaccine.
